Welcome to the Crow Hill Homeowners Association Blog.  We will begin posting meeting minutes and agendas on this blog, including the annual meeting and monthly board meetings, for those who wish to particpate and keep up to date with what is happening in our association.  We are hopeful that this forum may also offer an avenue for homeowners to share their ideas and preferences regarding how to keep our community well-maintained and a good place to live. 

As a reminder:  This blog is NOT:
A place to report condo or maintenance emergencies.  Please contact: 

• A place to air grievances about neighbors.  Comments will be monitored.  If you are having a grievance with a neighbor that you have not been able to resolve which involves condominium rules or bylaws, please contact:

• A place to report emergencies:  If you are having an emergency, please dial 911

This blog IS:

• A place to find the minutes of past annual and board meetings
• A place to find the agenda and date/time for upcoming annual and board meetings
• A place to (possibly) take a short survey regarding how the association may best serve you, or to give constructive ideas regarding our community.
• A place to find out about Condo-Wide events (clean-up days, perhaps garage sales, missing pets, etc.) 

I hope that you all will bear with us as we work out the kinks of this new form of communication, and that you will contribute in the spirit that this forum was intended.
